100 Years of History:St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Douglas, Arizona

The history of St. Stephen's and its parishioners and clergy is also the history of Douglas.
52 pages, 59 photos, source notes, index, soft cover

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church was the second of the four institutions built on Douglas' famous Church Square. The place of St. Stephen's buildings in Douglas' history makes up the first portion of this book. The roles played by St. Stephen's parishioners and clergy in borderlands history is another portion of the book.
Among those parishioners were several generations of the Douglas family; William Adamson, the town's first elected mayor; B.A. Packard, pioneer rancher and banker; numerous Phelps Dodge executives, and many area cattlemen, business people and their families.

Written to mark the 100th anniversary of the St. Stephen's founding, all profits from this book will be donated to St. Stephen's.
